• Dr. Rohit Rakhonde is arising name in Medicine at Nagpur. He has finished his MBBS from JNMC Wardha completed his Post Graduation Diploma in Clinical Cardiology from the renowned Asian Heart Institute located at BKC Mumbai, in 2015.
• He headed the department of Preventive Cardiology and Cardiac Rehabilitation from 2015 to 2017.
• During his tenure at the Asian Heart Institute, he was appointed as the Medical Director of the Standard Chartered Mumbai Marathon where he lead a team of 500 medics and paramedics for consequently 3yrs.
• He was also the Head of the medical team for the Navy Mumbai marathon in 2016-17.
  For the first time in India, Dr. Rohit Rakhonde also initiated a program called “Sports Cardiology” at the Asian Heart Institute, Mumbai.
• He also has an experience of ICU Intensivist at the Hinduja Hospital, Mumbai & SR Mehta Cardiac Institute, Sion from 2018 to 2021.
• He was a consultant cardiologist at the Suburban Diagnostics Mumbai (for 2D Echo, TMT and other cardiology related health checkup plans) at various branches in Mumbai (Santacruz, Juhu, Lokhandwala, Malad).
• He also founded India’s First Cardiac Fitness Centre at Lokhandwala Andheri West Mumbai, called Life-Standards. At “Life-Standards” he worked basically on the impact of exercise on the prevention of Heart-Diseases and reducing the recurrent hospital admissions due to Heart Failure in old age Cardiac patients.
• His vast team of exercise physiologist, fitness trainers, diabetologist, dietician, physiotherapists had trained more than 100 Cardiac patients (post bypass surgery and angioplasty) to run 21km & 42km National and international marathons safely.
• He is the member of IACC, ACSM, IMA, IACI.
• Also he is an IIM certified in Strategic Management and Business strategies specialist, which we hope will help us to serve the needy population at the grassroot level and cost-effective healthcare at Tier 2 city like Nagpur.
